Flight Care Limited is a CAA Part145 certificated maintainer with the certificate including aircraft weights up to 13610Kg. We have a team of licensed engineers and tradesmen that operate within our approval system. We current maintain PT6 and piston powered fix wing aeroplanes collectively in our Napier and Tauranga operations and work with several organisations that allow us to provide a one stop maintenance shop. Aircraft maintenance in accordance with the approved maintenance programmes, including avionics requirements
Maintenance control, digital logbook maintenance and inventory tracking
Hot section inspections and engine extension programmes
Pre-buy inspections including turbine borescope inspection
Auditing and maintenance review and review of airworthiness.
Structural repairs
Salvage and insurance repairs
Sourcing of parts

OUR STORY
Flight Care Limited is a Part 145 accredited organisation. The company’s assets were purchased by Pacific Aerospace Corporation Limited, an entity controlled by Brian Hare in 2007. Currently it is run by Brian and Craig Hare with bases in Napier and Tauranga. Brian’s experience encompasses 50 years within the aviation industry and prior to the Flight Care acquisition owned and ran Pacific Aerospace Corporation Limited, a builder of PT6 powered Cresco aircraft. Craig is a LAME and has over 30 years licenced experience.
